The big night at the Big Apple has just came!

The MTV Music Video Awards 2013 wrapped the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Aug.25. 

The much awaited yearly MTV awards show honoring music videos of great international  artists. 


Justin Timberlake's defying "Mirrors" was hailed the Video of the Year. It's no wonder! JT's performance plus the story deemed all the way to the Moonmens. 


JT had a total of four Moonmen for "Mirrors" including Video of the Year, Best Male Video, Best Pop Video and Best Editing. His "Suit and Tie" also won the Best Direction which went to David Fincher-Helmed.

Not only the four Moonmen were taken by JT, but more  for receiving the prestigious Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award also known as the Lifetime Achievement Award. 


To JT's gratitude, he showcased stellar perf to reassure his fans that indeed he deserved those titles. 

The 32-year-old sang parts of his previous hits, "Take Back the Night", "Sexy Back", "My Love", "Cry Me a River", "Señorita", "What Goes Around Comes Around" and "Rock Your Body", bringing the crowd to shake  -- before his former band-mates joined him on stage.


NSYNC Performance at MTV VMA 2013


JT brought back the shining moments onstage of his original boy group, NSYNC. Yes, rumors are all over, would it be the quick comeback of the group? We we'll see.

Best Male and Female Video Awards went to Bruno Mars' "Locked Out of heaven" and Taylor Swift through her "I Knew You Were Trouble" hit. 


Pink and fun's Nate Ruess were honored with the Best Collaboration Award for their hit song "Just Give me a Reason"Bruno Mars also won the Best Choreography for his "Treasure".

From the Big Guy of the night.

Justin posted a heartfelt open letter to his fans shortly after his performance at the MTV VMA 2013 through his official website.


"The last time I wrote you an open letter, it was in January and I promised that it would be a 'Big 2013.' Since then, from The Grammys to the release of the first part of The 20/20 Experience to the crowd's response at the VMAs, it's been a wild ride. I hope you've enjoyed it as much as I have," he wrote. "This letter is to tell you that we're not done...Not even close."
