To earn raffle entries, an account holder has to be enrolled in any of BPI's 24/7 Banking Channels (BPI Express Online, BPI Express Mobile, or BPI Express Phone) and do a qualified bills payment transaction within the promo period.

The following requirements are considered for qualified bills payment transactions:
Payments made to bills amounting to Php 50.00 and above.

Payments for a unique merchant reference/account number per calendar month.
Payments done through any of BPI’s 24/7 Banking Channels (BPI Express Online, BPI Express Mobile and BPI Express Phone).

Two (2) raffle entries will be awarded to the first qualified payment made for a bill (with a unique merchant reference/account number) during the promo period. Succeeding qualified payments will earn one (1) raffle entry each (in the next calendar month).

Breaking of transactions, or repeat payments made to the same merchant reference number within the same calendar month will not earn raffle entries.

Sample Points Earned Table (For one individual):

1* Payments were done outside of the Promo Period (August 1- November 30, 2013).
2* 1 point was awarded due to previous payment in August 17.
3* 2 points were awarded for first payment of the bill, however no points were given to the succeeding payment in the same cut-off period (monthly).
4* No points were given as the bill paid is below Php 50.00

• Bill Payment Cut-off: October 31, 2013; Raffle Draw: November 12, 2013

• One trip for two (2) to Shanghai, China. Prizes include Round-trip Airfare (care-of ZestAir), 2 nights stay at The Kai Bojia Hao Hotel; and Php 24,700.00 pocket money.
• Bill Payment Cut-off: October 31, 2013; Raffle Draw: November 12, 2013

• Three (3) trips for two (2) to Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Prizes include Round-trip Airfare (care-of AirAsia), 2 nights stay at The Regal Oriental Hotel; and Php 24,700.00 pocket money.
• Bill Payment Cut-off: November 30, 2012; Raffle Draw: December 12, 2013

Inquiries or disputes with regards to the identity of account holder who paid for specific bills should be settled with the bills payment merchant.

Non-winning entries from the raffle draws will be included in the succeeding raffle draws. 
Each winning account holder is entitled to receive Round-trip Airfare Transfers for two (2) via AirAsia, Inc. or Zest Airways, Inc., 3 days (2 nights) accommodations, and PhP 24,700.00 in pocket money.

BPI, in the presence of a DTI representative, will determine the winners via an electronic raffle draw. The raffle draws will be held during the designated raffle draw dates at the 9TH Floor of BPI Card Center Bldg., Paseo de Roxas, Makati City. Winners drawn will be validated against BPI's records. An account holder may only win once during the promo period. 

At the time of the draw, an account holder's BPI Deposit account must be valid and active to win. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail, and registered mail by BPI.

To claim their prize, winners must present their registered mail and any of the following valid IDs: Driver's License, SSS Photo ID or Passport at the 9F BPI Card Center, 8753 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City. For provincial winners, BPI shall arrange for a courier to send the prizes to the registered address of the winner and to be received by the authorized recipient only.

Prizes are not convertible to cash. The 20% tax on all prizes will be shouldered by BPI while all related travel taxes will be shouldered by the winner. 

Booking for trips will be done by the winner with AirAsia, Inc. and Zest Airways, Inc. (round-trip airfare), and Localroam (hotel/resort accommodations). The rules and regulations of the said companies will apply for booking transactions.

Winners authorize BPI to disclose and publish their names and other particulars determined by BPI to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as BPI may deem appropriate. Winners agree to participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by BPI to announce the winners to the general public.

Employees of BPI; AirAsia, Inc.; Zest Airways, Inc.; Localroam, employees of its advertising/PR agencies, employees of its third party service providers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Raffle Promo.

Travel period for the raffle prizes is January 1, 2014- June 30, 2014. Cash prize (pocket money) will be credited to winner's account number upon awarding of the raffle prizes.

FAQs

What are included in the all-expense paid trips for two (2)? 
Each winning BPI client (per raffle draw) is entitled to receive Round-trip Airfare Transfers for two(2), 3 days/2 nights accommodations, and PhP 24,700.00 pocket money. Prizes are not convertible to cash. The 20% tax on all prizes will be shouldered by BPI, while all related travel taxes will be shouldered by the winner.

Can I enroll my other BPI accounts to get more promo points after I've received my first?

No, we will only consider the first bills payment transaction made, using any of the BPI deposit accounts enrolled in BPI Express Online, BPI Express Mobile, and BPI Express Phone. Once a bill has been paid by a certain user, other users may not receive raffle points for the same bill. 

If I will give my prize to my friend as a gift, does she need an authorization letter from me so she can use it?

Yes, the prizes are fully transferrable. 

How can I check my earned points?

You may call 89-100 or send an email to expressonline@bpi.com.ph to inquire. The points are updated every Tuesday of the week, as it is system-generated. This would mean that the points that may be viewed are as of the last Monday of the present date.
