Stephany Stefanowitz, Miss Philippines Earth 2012 crowned her successor, Olongapo City's Angelee Claudett delos Reyes, Miss Philippines Earth 2013. She will be representing the country at this year's Miss Earth pageant.

Among 47 candidates, five winners were selected by the panel of nine judges. Originally 48 candidates, Muntinlupa City's representative Ferina Judy-Ann de Paz withdrew the competition due to health reason.
This years pageant also celebrates the "International Year of Water Cooperation" declared by the United Nations General Assembly.
